Sean Swiderski

Sean Swiderski, RSE, currently serves as a Senior Maintenance Planner at Cenovus Energy, with a focus on Maintenance, Reliability, Process, Performance, and Information since January 2021. Prior roles at Cenovus include Process & Data SME for CORE Optimization and Senior Preventive Maintenance Planner. Sean's experience spans multiple companies, including Husky Energy as a Thermal Maintenance Planner and WestCorp Solutions Ltd. as an E&I Maintenance Planner. Earlier, Sean worked at Northern Blizzard Resources Inc. as a Maintenance Planner/Equipment Coordinator and at Devon Energy, where extensive responsibilities involved SAP maintenance planning and preventive maintenance administration. Sean began a career in instrumentation with roles at Flint Energy Services and Nomad Electric, culminating in a Journeyman Certificate in Instrumentation Technology from NAIT and a Maintenance Work Management Certificate from Bow Valley College.
