Allison Beare

Allison Beare has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Allison currently works as a Customer Operations Lead at Censia since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Director Client Care and Consultant at Self Awareness Academy, where they co-founded a successful online platform and led a team to provide comprehensive client care. Allison also worked as a Senior Search Partner, Talent Acquisition at PeopleScout, where they partnered with BMO Financial Group and developed effective recruitment strategies. Allison has also held roles as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Shoppers Drug Mart, a Senior Recruitment Advisor at CGI, and a Senior Account Manager/Recruiter at CNC Global Ltd. Allison began their career as an Account Manager/Business Development/IT Recruiter at W5 Staffing Inc and as a Business Development professional at Neopost.
