Terry Gotowka has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies. In 1982, they held leadership roles in various companies until 2003. From 2003 to 2006, Terry worked at Fidelity Information Services as an Account Manager, where they oversaw a $30B+ contract and led a team of 104 members. In 2006, they joined Verizon Enterprise Solutions as a Client Executive and Account Manager, where they managed a $18M contract and successfully implemented new proactive monitoring tools. Terry continued at Verizon until 2017, serving as a Manager of Service Delivery and overseeing a 145-strong team. In 2019, they joined Censia as the Head of Customer Support & Business Operations, responsible for driving a Best-In-Class customer experience.
