Pamela Brown

Pam has over 30 years of experience in antibacterial drug discovery within both the large Pharma and biotech sector. Her background is in medicinal chemistry and project leadership from hit-to-lead and lead optimisation stages through to candidate selection. Her many publications cover the design, synthesis and SAR of antibacterial agents in a variety of classes including carbapenems, pleuromutilins, tRNA synthetase inhibitors, topoisomerase inhibitors and polymyxins.
