Michael Vetrano

Michael Vetrano currently serves as the Head of the Science Department and Chemistry Teacher at The Browning School since August 2023, following a similar role at the United Nations International School where Vetrano taught secondary Biology and Chemistry and led the Science Department since August 2018. Prior experience includes serving as the Head of IBDP Diploma at Eerde International Boarding School and as the IBDP Coordinator at Australian International School in Singapore. Vetrano held the position of Head of School at Dulwich International High School Suzhou and acted as IBDP Coordinator at the American School of Madrid. Early career experience includes teaching High School Biology and Earth Science in the Dobbs Ferry Union Free School District. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Leadership from The College of New Jersey, a Master of Education in Secondary Science Education from Queens College, and a Bachelor's degree in Science Communication from Cornell University.
