Cameron Berry began their work experience in 2012 as a Crew Member at Penn Station East Coast Subs, where they managed daily operations, took orders, cooked meals, and ensured customer satisfaction. In 2013, they worked as a Crew Lead at H & H ENTERPRISES INC, supervising and assisting with loading trucks and transporting equipment. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Softlines Associate at Kmart, responsible for inventory management, stocking, sales, and handling online orders during the holiday season. Cameron also worked at Amazon in 2016 as a Customer Service Associate, resolving customer issues over the phone. From 2015 to 2017, they held roles as a Front Desk Assistant and Resident Advisor at Capstone on Campus. In 2018, they served as a Front Desk Associate at Harbor Steel & Supply Corporation, overseeing sales, billing, and customer service. In 2019, they worked as a Shift Manager at Dunkin' Brands, managing store operations and completing managerial paperwork. Cameron also worked as a Computer Science Research Assistant at Auburn University, conducting fog computing research and implementing energy consumption calculations. Most recently, Cameron worked as a Technical Support Analyst at Infor from 2020 to 2021, troubleshooting issues with the Workforce Management (WFM) application. Cameron then joined Centauri Health Solutions, Inc in 2021 as a Technical Support Analyst.
Cameron Berry completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at Marshall University from 2014 to 2019. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications from SumoLogic in March 2022. These certifications include SumoLogic Fundamentals, SumoLogic Metrics Mastery, and SumoLogic Search Mastery.
