Donald Daniels

Donald Daniels has a diverse work experience spanning over 12 years. Donald started their career at TeleTech in 2008 as an Operations Supervisor, responsible for managing a team of production agents and monitoring their performance. In 2012, they were promoted to Quality Supervisor, overseeing the quality department and creating reports for the director of operations.

In 2014, Donald joined American Marketing & Publishing, LLC as an Account Manager for a brief period. Later that year, they joined Human Arc, where they held multiple roles. As a Senior Outreach Specialist, Donald assisted potential SSI claimants by screening their conditions and informing them of potential approval or denial. Donald primarily interacted with clients through inbound and outbound phone calls. In 2015, they were promoted to Team Lead, maintaining this role until 2020.

Donald'smost recent position is with Centauri Health Solutions, Inc, where they started in September 2020 as a Performance and Reporting Analyst.

Throughout their career, Donald has demonstrated strong analytical skills, supervision abilities, and attention to detail in various roles.

Donald Daniels attended DeVry University from 2017 to 2021, where they pursued a Bachelor of Technical Management degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management. Donald also obtained a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification in January 2021 from MSICE INC.
