Julie Condiotte (She/Her)

Julie Condiotte has a strong background in the healthcare industry, with diverse experience in roles such as Senior Manager, Product Delivery, Product Delivery Manager, Risk Adjustment, Scrum Master, and Senior Consultant in User Experience & Quality Assurance at Centauri Health Solutions, Inc. Julie has expertise in managing teams, delivering products, and ensuring quality in healthcare initiatives.

Prior to her time at Centauri Health Solutions, Julie held the position of Senior Consultant in Data Analytics at Meritus AZ (Health Insurance Coop). In this role, she created and managed a Data Resolution Team, implemented effective processes, and oversaw the launch of an overflow call center.

Julie also worked at LifeNexus (Healthcare Technology Company) as the Director of Product Management, where she developed a mobile and web-based health platform called iChip. Julie was responsible for the product development lifecycle, defining the product vision and strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Before that, Julie served as a Blog Curator & Writer in Health Technology at Health Technology Forum, where she curated and wrote blogs on startups and their contributions to improving access to affordable care. Julie also worked as a Senior Consultant in Health Information Exchange at Medigram, Inc., conducting needs assessments to inform product development and improve health information exchange.

Julie's career began at the University of Illinois at Chicago, College of Medicine, where she held the role of Assistant Professor in the Psychology of Medical Decision Making. Julie secured grant funding for research, published numerous research articles, and presented at international conferences.

Julie Condiotte has an extensive education history in the field of social sciences. Julie obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Social Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley. Prior to that, she earned a Master's Degree in Psychological Services and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, both from the University of Pennsylvania.

In addition to her academic achievements, Julie has also obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in December 2019.
