Piotr Roztocki

Piotr Roztocki, Ph.D., is a co-founder and CTO at Ki3 Photonics Technologies Inc., where strategic management leads research into quantum photonic network technologies and product development. With experience as an entrepreneur at Centech Mtl and the Creative Destruction Lab, Piotr focuses on strengthening business and management skills for high-growth deeptech products. Prior research at the Institut National de la Recherche Scientifique involved studying the quantum and nonlinear optical capabilities of on-chip photonic devices, supported by prestigious fellowships. Academic contributions include roles as a teaching assistant and research assistant at McMaster University, the University of Toronto, and Ryerson University. Piotr holds a Ph.D. in Energy Science and Materials from Université du Québec and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Integrated Science and Physics from McMaster University.
