Angelica de la Portilla

Angelica de la Portilla is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over four decades. Currently serving as the Director of Talent and Culture at Med-Lab Imaging since February 2019, Angelica is responsible for managing aspects such as payroll, benefits, employee performance, and new hire onboarding for approximately 116 employees. Previously, Angelica held the position of VP - Human Resources Manager at TotalBank, overseeing HR functions for about 320 employees, and worked as an H.R. Generalist at Regions Bank, where responsibilities included interviewing and internal communications. Early experience includes roles at First Miami Insurance Co. as Human Resources Manager, General Federal Bank as Human Resources Assistant, and others in customer service and banking. Angelica holds a certification in Human Resources Administration from Florida International University and degrees in Banking and Finance from Miami Dade College.
