Jaclyn Pettinari

Jaclyn Pettinari is an experienced human resources leader with a strong background in enterprise transformation and organizational development. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Transformation and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Centene Corporation since December 2018, Jaclyn previously held several senior roles within the company, including Regional Vice President of Human Resources Business Partners and Vice President of Global Human Resources Business Partners. With prior experience at Anheuser-Busch, Jaclyn managed HR support for multiple corporate divisions and played key roles in leadership development and talent management. Jaclyn began their career in HR at organizations such as Founders Insurance Company and Attwater Corporation, demonstrating a progressive trajectory in the human resources field. Jaclyn holds a BA in Human Resources Management from Illinois State University.
