Kelly McArthur

Kelly McArthur has extensive experience in call center and customer service operations, serving as Director of Call Center Operations and Director of Customer Service at Centene Corporation from February 2005 to September 2023. Prior to that, Kelly worked as an EMR Project Lead at Arkansas Physician Management, Inc. from January 1994 to January 2005, focusing on the implementation and training of Allscripts EMR. Kelly holds educational qualifications from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and the University of Arkansas, having attended both institutions between January 1989 and January 1994.
