Merdith Linhardt

Meredith Linhardt has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to human resources. Merdith started their career in 2002 as an Assistant Director of Career Services at ITT Educational Services, Inc. From 2006 to 2011, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Maritz. In 2011, they joined Centene Corporation as an HR Implementation Manager and later became the Director of Human Resources in 2012. Merdith then progressed to the role of Senior Director of HR Compliance before becoming the Vice President of HR Compliance & Employee Relations in 2018. Currently, they are a member at Chief since 2022.

Meredith Linhardt holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration from Lindenwood University. Additionally, they also acquired a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Lindenwood University. In 2010, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
