Sal Mineo

Sal Mineo is an experienced IT professional with a strong focus on identity and access management. Currently serving as the Lead Application Architect for IAM at Centene Corporation since January 2024, Mineo secures identity and access for 28 million managed care members. Prior to this, Mineo held the position of Senior Customer Success Architect and Team Lead at Ping Identity from July 2018 to November 2023, providing expertise for enterprise customers in deploying identity management solutions. As a Consultant for Regeneron Pharmaceuticals from February 2016 to July 2018, Mineo played a key role in delivering a secure single sign-on solution using PingOne and PingFederate. Earlier roles include Senior Systems Engineer at Daiichi Sankyo and Manager of I.T. Support & Operations at Daiichi Pharmaceutical Corp, contributing to infrastructure design, team management, and operational support for mid-size pharmaceutical organizations.
