Stephen Rothenberg

Stephen Rothenberg, JD, CCEP has extensive work experience in the field of ethics and compliance. Stephen started their career as an Attorney in a private business law practice, where they managed commercial law issues and provided legal advice to clients on various aspects of business formation and litigation. Stephen then worked as a Consultant at Numerof & Associates, Inc., where they advised healthcare organizations and pharmaceutical companies on strategic and business matters. During this time, they also led compliance initiatives for the company. Currently, Stephen is employed at Centene Corporation, where they have held various roles including Manager, Senior Manager, and Director of Ethics and Compliance. In their current position, they oversee compliance programs in subsidiary Medicaid Managed Care organizations and acts as the interim compliance officer for health plans. Stephen also leads and conducts compliance oversight auditing and supports corporate reporting requirements.

Stephen Rothenberg completed their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in law from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law between 1989 and 1992.
