Brad Chapman is the current Chief Financial Officer and Vice President Business Development at Centennial College. Brad has over 20 years of experience in finance and administration, with a focus on strategic planning and decision making.

Chapman began their career in 1989 as Vice President, Finance and Administration for People Jewellers Limited. In 1993, they joined Sterling Winthrop Inc. as VP, Finance, Secretary and Director. From 1995 to 2000, they served as Director, Financial Administration and Reporting for Novopharm Ltd.

In 2000, Chapman joined Toyota Canada Inc. as VP Finance and Administration. Brad was responsible for a staff of 65 in finance and accounting, human resources, Toyota University, legal, and administration. Brad also served on the Executive Committee, providing financial and business perspective to strategic planning and decision making processes. During their time at Toyota Canada Inc., Chapman initiated a feasibility study of ERP systems for Toyota. Brad was also responsible for Toyota University, which delivered dealer product and technical training as well as TCI associate training. In addition, Chapman oversaw the construction of an $8 million, 26,000 sq. ft. zone office, the acquisition of a $5 million, 70,000 sq. ft. office/distribution centre, and the sale of a $4.5 million, 100,000 sq. ft. office distribution centre.

In December 2003, Chapman left Toyota Canada Inc. to join Centennial College as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President Business

Brad Chapman has an MBA in Accounting from the Schulich School of Business - York University and is also a CA. Brad has an Honours B.B.A in CA from York University.

Brad Chapman reports to Craig Stephenson, President & CEO. A direct report to Brad Chapman is and Katherine Ge - Director, Financial Planning & Analysis. They are on a team with Charmaine Hack - VP, Strategic Enrollment Management, Emma Dunk - Director, Divisional Events, Admissions and Student Financial Services, and Michael Young - Director of IT Client Services.
