Lalit Guglani

Lalit Guglani is an experienced professional specializing in innovation and scaling, currently serving as the Director of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Centennial College since December 2023. Lalit has provided advisory services in innovation, scaling, and growth since October 2015, focusing on SDG innovation and social entrepreneurship. As the Program Head at the Campus-led Accelerator in 2015 and a co-founder and Program Director at TiE Institute from 2011 to 2014, Lalit developed educational programs for aspiring entrepreneurs in Toronto. Prior leadership roles include COO at Industries Chimiques Du Senegal, where Lalit oversaw significant operations, and CEO at multiple companies, leading turnaround efforts for firms with 300-800 employees. Lalit’s educational background includes a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering and an MBA, supplemented by a Lean Launchpad educators program at Stanford University.
