Matthew Duffy

Matthew Duffy is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in both education and the hospitality industry. As a Professor and Program Coordinator at Centennial College since January 2018, Duffy has successfully overseen the education of over 800 students, modernized the Baking and Pastry Arts Management program, and developed international collaboration initiatives. Previous roles include Executive Chef at Catalyst Capital Group Inc., where Duffy managed culinary operations for high-profile events, and Sous Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Toronto. Duffy also holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Guelph and graduated from Stratford Chef School.
