Nancy Fisher

Nancy Fisher is the Director of Labour Relations and HR Consulting at Centennial College. Nancy has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on labour relations.

Nancy started their career in 1990 with the Ontario Public Service, where they worked in various HR roles. In 2000, they joined Petro Canada as an HR Business Partner, providing HR services to the Oakville Refinery and other departments. In 2004, Nancy left Petro Canada to join Coca Cola as a Senior Manager of Labour Relations. There, they negotiated contracts at six company sites in Ontario and coordinated grievances and other labour relations activities.

In 2013, Nancy left Coca Cola to join the University of Nipissing as a Professor, teaching Human Resources Management in the B Comm applied degree program. Nancy held this position until 2014, when they joined Centennial College as the Director of Labour Relations and HR Consulting.

Nancy Fisher completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Guelph and a Master of Industrial Relations at Queen's University.

They are on a team with Brad Chapman - Chief Financial Officer and Vice President Business Development, Andrew Petrou - Director, Strategic Initiatives and External Relations (SIER), and Miriam Ibrahim - Director, Strategic Talent Management. Their manager is Craig Stephenson, President & CEO.
