Stewart Coxwell Richards, SPHR, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Stewart began their career as a Media Assistant at Luckie & Company in 2005. Stewart then worked as an Account Manager at Johnson Sterling Paul Benefits, Inc from 2005 to 2009. In 2009, they enrolled as a Graduate Student at Georgetown University and completed their studies in 2011. While pursuing their degree, they also worked as an Account Manager at F&H Solutions Group from 2010 to 2011. Following that, they joined Mercer as an Associate in 2011 before moving on to Enrollment Advisors, Inc. as an Enrollment Consultant from 2012 to 2013. Since 2013, they have been associated with Centennial, starting as a Benefits and Training Manager from 2013 to 2017, then progressing to the role of Director of Human Resources from 2017 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Centennial.
