Jauan Knight

Jauan D. Knight, PRC, currently serves as Talent Manager at Center City Public Charter Schools, where significant achievements include redefining the talent acquisition strategy, filling over 60 vacancies within four months, and implementing a new Applicant Tracking System. Previously, Jauan held roles such as Talent Acquisition Manager at Penta Group and Sourcing Recruiter at Cessna & Associates. Experience also includes recruitment positions at American Institutes for Research, Hope Enterprise Corporation, Maverick Health, and RePublic Schools, focusing on diverse staffing needs and enhancing recruitment processes. Jauan began an early career as an Admissions Recruiter at Jackson State University and served as Senior Resident Assistant at Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth. Jauan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a concentration in Legal Studies from Jackson State University in 2018.
