Dawson Allen

Dawson Allen is an experienced professional currently serving as the Movement Partnerships Manager at the Center for Action and Contemplation since January 2020, following a role as Movement Partnerships Coordinator and member of the Community Engagement Team. Additionally, Dawson has served as a Board Member for Interfaith Power & Light since January 2022. Prior experience includes an internship at the Tennessee Immigrant & Refugee Rights Coalition, progressing from Canvasser to part-staff member on the Welcoming Tennessee Initiative and engaging in 'Deep Canvassing' projects. Dawson held the position of President for the Florida State University Men's Lacrosse team from May 2016 to May 2018. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Divinity/Ministry from Vanderbilt University (2018-2021), a Bachelor's degree in Religion/Religious Studies and Editing, Writing & Media from Florida State University (2014-2018), and ongoing studies at the Center for Action and Contemplation's Living School (2021-2023).
