Jennifer Dille

Jennifer Dille is a dedicated project coordinator currently working with the Center for Action and Contemplation since July 2024, where responsibilities include supporting faculty and implementing processes for organizational growth. Dille has extensive experience in project management, having previously managed successful website launches at BloomCU, supervised web and app projects at Devscale, and initiated strategic marketing campaigns through various roles at Engagement Learning and Sure Spark Internet Marketing. As a founder and co-organizer of TEDxGilbert, Dille significantly increased ticket sales and fostered community partnerships. Dille's leadership experience includes serving as the Executive Director at Hope Arising, where fundraising initiatives resulted in exceeding goals by 30% and coordinating impactful healthcare missions in Ethiopia. Jennifer Dille holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Brigham Young University.
