Marc Rotenberg has extensive work experience in the field of privacy and technology policy. Marc is currently serving as the Executive Director and Founder of the Center for AI and Digital Policy, a role they have held since 2020. Marc also serves as the President of the organization since June 2020.
Marc Rotenberg has been affiliated with Georgetown University Law Center since 1990, where they work as an Adjunct Professor. Marc has coauthored three casebooks on privacy law, edited multiple editions of the "Privacy Law Sourcebook" and the "AI Policy Sourcebook," and has written numerous articles for academic journals and popular news outlets.
From 1994 to 2020, Marc Rotenberg served as the President of the Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC), an organization dedicated to protecting privacy and civil liberties in the digital age.
