Ben Verdi has extensive work experience in various fields. Ben currently serves as the Director of Analytics & Operations at the Center for American Progress since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Grant Thornton International Ltd as a Manager, Global Innovation from December 2019 to October 2022. Ben also worked at Grant Thornton LLP, starting as an Associate from July 2016 to June 2018, and later becoming a Senior Associate from July 2018 to December 2019. Ben Verdi has a diverse education history. Ben obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and American Culture from the University of Michigan from 2007 to 2011. In 2014 to 2016, they pursued a Master's of Public Affairs degree at the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs, focusing on Public Policy Analysis, Public Financial Administration, and Economic Development. In 2017, they completed the Emerging Leaders Program at the University of Virginia's Sorensen Institute for Political Leadership. Additionally, in 2011, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Publishing from the University of Denver.
