Currently serving as the Senior Director of Marketing and Digital Strategy at Remington Hospitality, Lance oversees digital strategies for a portfolio of branded hotels across the US, managing an annual budget exceeding $1M. Previously, Lance held key marketing roles at Hilton, including Complex Director of Marketing and eCommerce, where strategic marketing plans were developed for prestigious hotels like the Beverly Hilton and Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills.
