Devon Lespier is a research assistant in the Energy and Environment Policy division at the Center for American Progress, having held this position since June 2021 after serving as a special assistant in the same department. Prior experience includes acting as intern coordinator for the U.S. House of Representatives under Congressman Adriano Espaillat, where responsibilities included managing intern onboarding and developing a scheduling system. As a legislative intern for Espaillat, Devon conducted research on sustainability and disaster preparedness in the Caribbean. Additional roles include co-founding the nonprofit Monaco's Warriors 501(c)(3) and assisting at MillCreek Financial Consultants, where administrative support and research were key functions. Devon holds a Bachelor of Science in Environment and Society and Political Science from Florida State University.
