Maddie Woods

Maddie Woods is a legal assistant at the Center for American Progress since August 2023, following a position as client services manager at the Paterson Center. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Vanderbilt University, such as president of the Vanderbilt Tour Guides and president of the Zeta Omicron Chapter of Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, where advocacy for equity and inclusion was central. Maddie also served as a student admissions representative at Vanderbilt University Office of Undergraduate Admissions, providing support to prospective students and improving operational efficiency. Other roles include campaign intern at Calvert Street Group and social venture think tank consultant at The Wond'ry Vanderbilt. Maddie Woods earned a Bachelor of Science in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University in May 2022.
