Senior Vice President For Energy And Environment at Center for American Progress

Trevor Higgins has extensive experience in energy and environmental policy, currently serving as Senior Vice President for Energy and Environment at the Center for American Progress since May 2019, where Trevor has held multiple leadership roles. In addition to this position, Trevor taught a graduate course on climate investment policy at Georgetown University's McCourt School of Public Policy in late 2023.
