Stefano Zordan

Stefano Zordan is a Co-Founder at OLI - Adriano Olivetti Leadership Institute and also the Founder of Sistema Italia. Stefano currently serves as a Teaching Fellow at the Center for Asia Leadership Initiatives. In the past, Stefano worked as a Talent & Organization Analyst at Accenture and as an Advisor at the Permanent Observer Mission of the Holy See to the United Nations. Stefano has a Master's degree in Religion, Ethics, and Politics from Harvard University and a Bachelor's degree in Theology and Geography from the National University of Ireland. Additionally, Stefano holds a Laurea Magistrale in Economia dello sviluppo e sviluppo internazionale from Università di Siena and is currently pursuing a Dottorato di ricerca in Apprendimento e innovazione nei contesti sociali e di lavoro.
