Jason Totoiu

Jason Totoiu is a Senior Attorney at the Center for Biological Diversity, where responsibilities include developing legal strategies to protect wildlife and ecosystems while advising on federal policymaking and litigation concerning key environmental legislation. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Director, General Counsel, and Staff Counsel at Everglades Law Center, overseeing legal operations and advising numerous organizations on environmental issues in Florida. Previous to that, Jason was a Staff Attorney at WildLaw, providing legal advice on federal decisions related to endangered species and public lands. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor in environmental law from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Emory University.
