Deborah Barragan is a Patent Prosecution Coordinator at McNeill PLLC since July 2016, bringing over 20 years of experience in intellectual property law to the role. With a strong background in managing complex US and foreign patent filings and prosecution, Deborah previously worked as a Senior Patent Administrator – Draftsperson at Quine Intellectual Property Law Group, P.C. from March 2000 to July 2016, where responsibilities included filing US and PCT applications and providing international filing instructions. Deborah holds an Associate of Science degree in Graphic Design from the San Francisco Art Institute and completed general education at Chabot Community College, along with a diploma from Rio Vista High School.
