Senior Director Of Viral Vector Process Development at Center for Breakthrough Medicines

Amy Sacks' work experience includes holding various roles at different companies. Amy began their career at Janssen Inc. in 2006 as an Assistant Scientist and worked their way up to Senior Scientist and Senior Associate Scientist. Amy then joined Center for Breakthrough Medicines in 2021 as the Director of Tech Transfer. Later, they were promoted to Senior Director of Viral Vector Process Development.

Amy Sacks has a Master of Biotechnology degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. Amy completed this degree from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Systematic Biology/Biological Systematics from Virginia Tech, studying from 2001 to 2005.
