Anand Nagaraj has extensive experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Anand started their career as an Emergency Room Technician/Nursing Extender at the University of Maryland Medical Center and later became a Healthcare Business Analyst/ER Tech at Johns Hopkins Hospital. In these roles, they managed healthcare implementations and coordinated the evaluation and implementation of clinical information systems.

Anand then joined Stryker as a Group Program Manager in the Corporate/Global Quality & Operations division. Anand played a crucial leadership role in identifying and applying new technologies to support Stryker's business, particularly in the Healthcare IT Solutions team.
