Camilla Richey

Camilla Richey, MHRM, currently serves as Senior HR Business Partner at the Center for Breakthrough Medicines since January 2023. Previously, Richey held the position of Human Resources Director at Kudu Dynamics LLC from February 2021 to January 2023 and was a Board Member for The Female Collaborative from November 2017 to April 2022. Additional experience includes roles at L3Harris Technologies as Lead HRBP for Tactical Missions, Talent Management Manager at Cantel Medical, and various HR positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb, including Human Resources Business Partner and HR Project Manager for the Ireland Biologics Start-Up. Richey's career began with internships in HR at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Dow Jones, and Rowan University.
