Christopher Villa, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Scientific Program Leader at the Center for Breakthrough Medicines. Prior to this, they served as the Associate Director, Technical Operations Program Management & Strategy at Novartis Gene Therapies from 2018 to 2022. Before that, Christopher worked as the Sr. Project Manager, Technical Operations Program Management at AveXis, Inc. in 2017.

Christopher also worked at Pfizer as a Project Manager from 2016 to 2017, where they were responsible for compliance, remediation, and tech transfer of molecules. Additionally, Christopher worked as a Project Engineer and Manufacturing Process Engineer at Hospira from 2013 to 2016.

Christopher'searlier experience includes roles as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Texas at Austin and Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Furthermore, they served as an intern at Glaceau Vitamin Water and as a Laborer at Allied Work Force.

Christopher Villa, PMP has a strong educational background in the field of biomedical/medical engineering. Christopher began their education at Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they received a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from 2007 to 2009. Following this, Christopher attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained an Engineer's Degree focusing on Biomedical/Medical Engineering.

In addition to their formal degrees, Christopher holds a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP)® which they obtained in February 2022 from the Project Management Institute. The PMP certification demonstrates their proficiency and knowledge in project management.
