Veronica Valerio

Veronica Valerio is the Human Resources (HR) Manager at the Center for Climate and Energy Solutions (C2ES), where she leads the HR department including recruiting, hiring, and onboarding staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Prior to joining C2ES, Ms. Valerio served as the HR manager at Pinellas Job Corps Center in St. Petersburg, Fla., for eight years. She was responsible for administrating compensation, rewards, corporate assessments, policy management and general administration. Demonstrated on-going commitment to preparing young people for the workforce by modeling, mentoring, and monitoring excellence in career success standards.
