Mary Kaye Siebert

Mary Kaye Siebert, PhD currently works as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Saint Mary and as a Mentor/facilitator at Millennium Forum. Mary Kaye also serves as a National Excellence in School Leadership Institute (NESLI) Facilitator at NESLI North America, where Mary Kaye facilitates the Women's Advanced Leadership Program. With formal training from the Center for Courage & Renewal, Mary Kaye offers retreats for educators and leaders for personal and professional renewal. In addition, Mary Kaye directs instruction at USD 320 and previously worked as a Secondary Level Teacher in Psychology & Sociology at Wamego High School. Mary Kaye holds a BS, MS, and PhD in Education from Kansas State University.
