Alisha Morrison is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in Indigenous peoples' law and policy. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager for the Tribal Justice Exchange at the Center for Justice Innovation since June 2019, Alisha previously held the position of Program Specialist at the Indigenous Peoples Law and Policy Program from February 2017 to June 2019. Earlier experience includes a legal internship in the Prosecutor's Office for the Pascua Yaqui Tribe in summer 2015 and serving as a Teaching Assistant for the Federal Indian Law & Legal Analysis course at the American Indian Law Center's Pre Law Summer Institute in 2014. Alisha earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Arizona, specializing in Indigenous Peoples Law and Policy, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the same institution.
