Jennifer Medina is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, financial oversight, and grant administration within the justice and public health sectors. Currently serving as Senior Program Manager for the Supervised Release Program at the Center for Justice Innovation since August 2019, Jennifer is instrumental in developing court-based programs that provide alternatives to incarceration. Previous roles include Budget and Program Administrator at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, where responsibilities encompassed financial operations and grant management, as well as Grant Administrator and Finance Associate at The Fund for Public Health in New York City. Jennifer's early career included positions at the Vera Institute of Justice and the Office of the New York State Attorney General, where skills in finance and consumer advocacy were cultivated. Jennifer holds a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice from John Jay College (CUNY) and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology & Human Relations from Pace University.
