Lenore Lebron

Senior Director Data Analytics And Applied Research at Center for Court Innovation

Lenore Lebron has extensive experience in the field of data analytics and applied research. Lenore worked at the Center for Justice Innovation, starting as a Senior Research Associate in September 2011 and progressing to Associate Director of Research in October 2012. In October 2016, they became the Director of Data Analytics and Applied Research, and later promoted to Senior Director in July 2023. Prior to their time at the Center for Justice Innovation, Lenore worked at the Phoenix Police Department, starting as a Statistical Research Specialist in March 2004. Lenore was then promoted to Criminal Intelligence Analyst/Coding Supervisor in December 2005, and eventually became a Crime Analyst Supervisor in December 2007.

Lenore Lebron has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Justice Studies, Summa Cum Laude, from Arizona State University in 2003. Lenore later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from the same university, completing it in 2009.
