Shawn Rogers

Shawn Rogers is an experienced professional in public policy and program management, currently serving as Senior Program Manager for Treatment Courts at the Center for Court Innovation since September 2022. Previously, Shawn held the position of Director of Strategic Partnerships at the Addiction Policy Forum, focusing on translating addiction-related science into actionable community strategies. With a long tenure at The Council of State Governments Justice Center, Shawn progressed through roles from Policy Consultant to Project Manager, where significant contributions included the development of reentry programs and extensive training webinars for the corrections field. Earlier experience includes research and communications roles at the Citizens Budget Commission and the Bighorn Center for Public Policy, as well as managing operations at RLS Farms. Shawn holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Kansas State University.
