Abigail Mary Dunne-Moses

Abigail Mary Dunne-Moses has extensive work experience in leadership development, diversity, and inclusion. From 2013 to the present, they have worked as the Director of Global Equity Diversity and Inclusion at the Center for Creative Leadership. In this role, they conducted thorough needs assessments, built relationships with external stakeholders, and aligned diversity and inclusion goals with business strategy.

Prior to this, Abigail was a Senior Faculty member at the Center for Creative Leadership from 2013 to 2020. Abigail Mary focused on designing and delivering leadership programs and consulting in the organizational leadership practice area.

Before their time at the Center for Creative Leadership, Abigail worked as an Independent Consultant, serving as a Senior Leadership Professional starting in 1996.

Abigail also has experience as an Owner/Baking Director at MARY B CAKES from 2009 to 2012, where they developed a line of cake products and served customers in multiple locations.

Additionally, they held leadership positions at BAER Institute as President from 2009 to 2011, at DUPONT MERCK PHARMACEUTICAL CO as an Organizational Development Manager from 1997 to 2000, and at Novations (previously J.Howard and Assoc) as a Leadership and Diversity Consultant from 1988 to 1996. At Novations, they generated significant income, led curriculum development, and contributed to business growth.

Abigail Mary Dunne-Moses completed their A Levels in Economics, English, and Divinity at Millfield School from 1967 to 1976. Abigail Mary then pursued their education at Harvard University, where they obtained a BA and MEd in Psychology from 1976 to 1982.
