Deirdre G Robinson

Deirdre G Robinson, MBA, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, SWP is the Chief Human Resources Officer at the Center for Creative Leadership since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Executive Consultant and Coach at Stewart Leadership from 2018 to 2022. From 2014 to 2018, they served as the Vice President Human Resources and Chief Learning Officer at Educational Testing Services. Deirdre also held the position of Head of Talent Management at Alstom (now GE Power) from 2012 to 2014. Before that, they worked as the Corporate Director of Workforce Planning and Development at Dignity Health (formerly Catholic Healthcare West) from 2007 to 2012. Deirdre has also worked as the VP of Learning and Educational Programs at Performance Food Group from 2005 to 2007 and as the Corporate Director of HR & OD at Childrens National Medical Center from 2003 to 2005.

Deirdre G Robinson holds an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources Management / Development from Webster University. Deirdre G also has a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Chemistry from the University of South Carolina. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained several certifications including the SHRM-SCP (Society of Human Resources Management) in 2015 and the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) Certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2012. Deirdre G has also earned the SWP certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
