Helen van Ameyde

Helen van Ameyde has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Helen most recently worked at the Center for Creative Leadership, where they held the position of Client Engagement Director since January 2023. Prior to this role, they were the Head of Talent and Capability Development, EMEA, from June 2019 to June 2023.

Helen also has experience working at Coaching.com, where they provided pro bono coaching services for organizations such as EthicalCoach, WiLD Network, UNHCR, GLOBAL SHAPERS, and ENGENDER HEALTH, starting from June 2021.

Helen van Ameyde has a background in government work, having served in various roles at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. Helen'sroles included Head of Diplomatic Academy Regional Teams, where they partnered with senior leaders and teams to deliver the FCO people strategy, and Head of Operations Overseas, where they were a strategic L&OD partner to British Missions overseas.

Helen also gained experience at Beyond Limits Consulting as a Facilitator and Coach, and at City & Guilds as an External Verifier and Assessor.

Helen van Ameyde began their career at PepsiCo as a Training and Personnel Officer, where they worked from January 1985 to September 1989.

Helen van Ameyde received a Bachelor's Degree in European Studies from The Open University. Helen later pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Development from Kingston University. In 2015, they enrolled in the Institute of Organisational Development to study Organisational Development. Helen also completed an Executive Coaching Certificate from Ashridge Executive Education, Hult International Business School. Helen'seducational journey continued with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of San Diego. Alongside their formal education, Helen obtained various certifications in areas such as change leadership, team profiles, 360 assessments, physical coaching, and more. Helen holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accreditation from the International Coaching Federation.
