Jennifer Martineau

Jennifer Martineau is an accomplished leader dedicated to advancing women and people of color in various sectors. As President and Founder of Leap & Inspire Global, Jennifer emphasizes creating inclusive and equitable organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Reina Trust Building® and a Leadership Solutions Facilitator with the Center for Creative Leadership, Jennifer fosters cultures of trust and enhances leadership capabilities. With extensive experience at the Center for Creative Leadership from 2008 to 2020, Jennifer held several key roles, including Interim Practice Lead for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, and Senior Vice President for Research, Evaluation, and Societal Advancement. Jennifer holds an MS and PhD in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Penn State University, and a BA in Psychology from North Carolina State University.
