Kimberlee Acker, PhD, PCC, is a seasoned leadership development and executive coach with extensive experience across various esteemed organizations. As the Founder of KLA Consulting Group, LLC, Kimberlee has focused on networking, researching industry leaders, and tracking trends. At the Center for Creative Leadership, Kimberlee provides in-depth coaching and leadership development to executives, utilizing innovative assessment tools and customized plans. Previous roles include serving as a Senior Safety Leadership Consultant at Select International and as a Performance Consultant at Sunergos, where Kimberlee delivered organizational development and stakeholder alignment services in the energy, construction, and technology sectors. Kimberlee's expertise also encompasses management consulting at JMJ Associates and McKinsey & Company, along with a foundational background in organizational development and executive coaching from Lore International Institute. Kimberlee holds a PhD in Human and Organization Systems from Fielding Graduate University, along with an MSW from the University of Houston and a BS in Psychology/Sociology from Texas A&M University.
