Dr. Kim Ochs

Kim Ochs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and professional development, HR strategy, and leadership coaching. As the Business Owner and L&D Consultant at 4Plus.io since 2017, Kim specializes in EdTech design and implementation. Concurrently, Kim serves as a Dozentin at Smith College and was selected as a 2023 Mid-Career Fellow by the Internet Society. Previous roles include Adjunct Faculty at Indiana Institute of Technology, Consultant for UNDP on leadership development, and Academic Curriculum Director at American College of Education.
