Emma Conners has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Emma began their career in 2011 as a Server Assistant at Cafe Roka before transitioning to roles such as Assistant Project Coordinator- Summer Intern at Women and Children's Hope Foundation in 2015 and Volunteer Research Assistant at DePaul Center for Community Outreach in 2017. Emma also worked as an Undergraduate Intern at Cochise County Health Department and an Administrative Intern at Imerman Angels during that same year.

In 2018, Emma joined Mirasol Eating Disorder Recovery Centers as an Eating Disorder Technician and also served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Arizona. Emma continued their education and professional growth in 2019 as a Project Developer Intern at El Rio Community Health Center.

Emma's most recent role was at Center For Discovery where they held the positions of Milieu Manager and Executive Director. As the Executive Director, they were responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of an outpatient eating disorder facility, ensuring compliance with corporate systems and policies, and ensuring program compliance with regulatory agencies and third party payer requirements. Emma also analyzed Key Performance Indicators and emphasized access to care and clinical quality in line with the organizational values.

Emma obtained a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Arizona from 2018 to 2020.

Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from DePaul University, where they studied from 2015 to 2018.

Emma received their high school diploma from Bisbee High School in 2015, and around the same time, they also pursued a general studies program at Cochise College.

Additionally, Emma has obtained various certifications. In March 2016, they received an Emergency Preparedness Certification for Donning and Doffing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) from the Cochise County Public Health Department. In January 2017, they completed CITI Ethics Training at DePaul University.
