Michele Aaron is a seasoned finance and operations professional with extensive experience in managing large portfolios and projects funded by international development agencies. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Finance & Operations at Results for Development since May 2022, Michele leads the £26 million FCDO-funded Frontier Technology 2 project, focusing on operational excellence, budgeting, resource management, and quality control. An independent consultant since April 2012, Michele specializes in business development, risk management, and compliance for various donor-funded initiatives. Previously, Michele held senior roles at Palladium and RTI International, managing compliance with DFID regulations and procurement standards. With a robust educational background, including a Master’s in Development Management and several certifications in finance and compliance, Michele combines strong analytical skills with a commitment to operational efficiency in the development sector.
